Terms of Use

These terms apply to the Cat Browser app and its online services (“Cat services”: Cat AI, Cat VPN, video download, Cat Search, Safe Mode lists, Cat Account, coins and Cat Premium), provided by TENG MENG MOTOR SERVICE. By using them you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.

1. Who may use Cat Browser

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country). To buy Cat Premium or coins you must be able to make purchases under your local law or have a parent’s permission.

2. Using the services

• Use the services lawfully. Do not use them to infringe copyright or other rights, attack or overload other systems, scrape at scale, send spam, or create or share illegal content.
• Free features have fair-use limits (for example AI messages, VPN minutes and data, downloads). We may change these limits, and we may suspend use that abuses the services, including automated use and fake installs.
• We may change, suspend or end features, server locations or the services. We will try to give notice of major changes.

3. Cat AI

AI answers are generated automatically and can be wrong, incomplete, offensive or out of date. Do not rely on them for medical, legal, financial or safety decisions. You are responsible for what you send and how you use the answers. Cat AI refuses some requests for safety reasons.

4. Cat VPN

The VPN encrypts traffic between your device and our server and changes the IP address websites see. It does not make you anonymous and does not permit you to break the law or the terms of other services. Speed, availability and locations may change. Do not use the VPN where VPNs are illegal.

5. Video downloader

The downloader is a tool for content you own, content in the public domain, or content you have permission to save. Many sites forbid downloading in their terms, and copyright law applies. You alone are responsible for what you download and how you use it. We do not host, index or recommend videos.

The same applies to the torrent client: only download and share files you have the right to, such as public-domain or openly licensed works. While a torrent downloads, the app also uploads pieces of it to other people, and your IP address is visible to them. We do not provide, host, index or recommend torrents. DRM-protected content is never downloaded.

6. Ad blocking and Safe Mode

Shields and Safe Mode use third-party lists and automatic rules. They can block too much or too little; no filter is perfect, and Safe Mode does not replace adult supervision.

7. Cat Premium, purchases and coins

Subscriptions and purchases are billed by Google Play and renew automatically until cancelled in Google Play. Prices are shown in the app before you buy. Refunds follow Google Play’s policies and your consumer rights. Coins are a licence to use in-app features; they have no cash value, cannot be transferred except where the app allows it, and may be removed if obtained by fraud, abuse or refunded payments.

8. Open source and intellectual property

Cat Browser is built on open-source software (including Chromium and Brave) licensed under its own licenses, listed on the open-source licenses page. These terms do not limit your rights under those licenses. The Cat Browser name, logo and mascot are ours.

9. Third-party sites and content

Websites you visit, search results and ads are provided by third parties. We are not responsible for them.

10. Disclaimer and liability

The services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or content, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.

11. Ending use

You can stop using the services at any time and request deletion of your data. We may suspend or end access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms.

12. Changes, law and contact

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. If you keep using the services after an update, the new terms apply. The consumer protection law of the country where you live continues to apply. Contact: [email protected].
